- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and excellent service.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular sales and progress reports.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and agreements to achieve mutual business objectives.
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain strong client communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in account management or sales (key account experience preferred).
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
