Job Title: Call Center Agent – Sales (Beauty Industry)

Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Shifting schedule between 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our growing beauty and aesthetics sales team. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport with clients while providing excellent customer service. This role involves handling inbound inquiries and making outbound follow-up and sales calls with minimal queuing.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls related to products, services, bookings, and client concerns.
  • Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, sales offers, appointment reminders, and client re-engagement.
  • Present and promote beauty products and services to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide personalized and professional assistance to clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for booking concerns, scheduling, and service inquiries.
  • Uphold company standards and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

Qualifications:
  • With or without call center experience (training will be provided).
  • Preferably with background in sales, customer service, or beauty/aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, goal-driven, and persuasive in promoting products and services.
  • Ability to handle shifting schedules (between 6:00AM–10:00PM).
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn CRM tools.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude.
