The opportunity

Lumer Universal Management Services Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated Call Center Agent to join their team at their Sparks Cubao location in Araneta City, Quezon City. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers on a wide range of products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries and complaints effectively
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhere to established service level agreements and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with various software applications
  • A positive attitude, with a strong customer-focused mindset
