About the role

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION (FORMERLY SANKO FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION' in Metro Manila. As a non-voice Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
  2. Providing product information and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Actively engaging with customers to identify their needs and cross-sell or upsell relevant products and services
  4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Continuously improving your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools
  5. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
