As a full-time Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both voice and non-voice communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls to provide product information, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns
  2. Responding to customer emails, chats, and other digital communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  4. Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers
  5. Adhering to call centre metrics and performance standards to ensure high customer satisfaction
  6. Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment and meet or exceed performance targets
  5. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
  6. Fluency in both English and the local language is essential
