YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking a talented Call Center Agent CSR - Voice & Non Voice to join our dynamic team at our Bridgetowne Site in Rosario Pasig City Metro Manila. As a full-time Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through both voice and non-voice communication channels.
What you'll be doing
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls to provide product information, resolve inquiries, and address customer concerns
- Responding to customer emails, chats, and other digital communication channels in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers
- Adhering to call centre metrics and performance standards to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment and meet or exceed performance targets
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
- Fluency in both English and the local language is essential
