About the role

We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team at AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' in Putatan Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, and we're looking for candidates who are available to start immediately without the need for a final interview.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling a variety of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records as needed
  • Adhering to call handling procedures and quality standards
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests
  • Familiarity with call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work in a call center environment, which may include shifts, weekends, and holidays
