About the role

Join 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC' as a full-time Call Center Agent - No Versant based in Ugong Pasig City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to help grow the company's client base.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, assisting them with a range of queries and issues
  2. Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
  3. Upsell and cross-sell company products and services to drive revenue growth
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  5. Contribute to a positive team environment and continuously look for ways to improve customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  6. A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
