About the role

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Day Shift Call Center Agent to join our vibrant team at BEAUTY FOR U INT OPC' in Poblacion Makati City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, and you will be a key part of our customer service operations, providing exceptional support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and ensuring proper follow-up actions are taken
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of customer service
  6. Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to efficiently address customer needs
  3. Proficient in the local language (English and/or Filipino) and computer skills
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
