About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our growing team at CPI Management Services' Call Center in Manggahan, Pasig City. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time role, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers to resolve their issues
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Contribute to the overall success of the call center by meeting or exceeding performance targets

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Fluency in English and the local language
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
