What you'll be doing
- Handle incoming and outbound customer calls, providing prompt and efficient assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner
- Process orders, reservations, or other customer requests accurately and in a timely fashion
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Actively listen to customer concerns and provide empathetic and effective responses
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills
What we're looking for
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
- Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with using computer systems and various software applications
