What you'll be doing

  • Handle incoming and outbound customer calls, providing prompt and efficient assistance
  • Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process orders, reservations, or other customer requests accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide empathetic and effective responses
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
  • Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
  • Familiarity with using computer systems and various software applications
