About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent | CSR - Customer Service Representative (Pure Voice) to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries
  3. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  6. A friendly, professional, and patient demeanor
