The Opportunity

Join ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' as a Call Centre Agent in our Cebu City office. We are seeking talented individuals with or without prior BPO experience to provide exceptional non-voice (chat) and voice customer support to our clients. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in the dynamic and fast-paced customer service industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns via phone and chat channels
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers to address their needs
  • Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
  • Continuously learn and apply product/service knowledge to improve customer experience
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer queries
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • High level of empathy, patience and a genuine passion for customer service
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
