About the role

Richship Management (Manila) Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Call Center Agents. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Central Cebu City, Cebu. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
  3. Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal
  4. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred, but not required
  5. Commitment to providing a positive and engaging customer experience
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
