We are seeking passionate and customer-focused Voice Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team at NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.'. This is a full-time role based in Cebu Central Visayas. What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  3. Demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a positive customer experience
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  2. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
  3. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role, although not required
