You'll be accountable for P&L drivers, team execution, membership growth, and operational discipline. Your leadership sets the tempo, the culture, and the scoreboard.WHAT YOU'LL OWNSales & Membership GrowthLead daily sales execution: outreach, prospecting, lead follow-ups, A1s/A2s, trial conversions.Smash monthly targets for memberships, PT revenue, and local campaigns.Build street-level brand visibility through walk-in traffic, referrals, and community touchpoints.Team Leadership & PerformanceRecruit, train, coach, and rate every staff member using the S-Level System (S4 to S-).Conduct daily pre-shift huddles, weekly 1-on-1s, and monthly performance reviews.Address underperformance immediately, no waiting, no sugarcoating.Operations & Systems ExecutionRun daily SOP drills: opening, shift change, and closing.Ensure staffing is optimized: no over-hiring and no undercoverage.
