The Gastro Club Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to be assigned at Noon Gastropub.

Work Location: Torres St., Davao City

Work Schedule: Midshift

Job Type: Full-Time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily operations; ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
  • Managing staff and coordinating the dining and bar teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of dining and bar facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices.
  • Handles staff scheduling, daily time records, leave approvals, and any form submissions
  • Assist in budgeting, disbursements, and cash handling when needed
  • Leads huddles, reports concerns, and support staff and operations
  • Tasks assigned by the Executives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory or managerial experience in a restaurant or food service industry
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has good understanding of budgeting, financial reports, and cost management.
  • Has thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
