Job Overview:

The cashier is responsible for processing payments, managing cash register operations, and providing friendly service to club patrons. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a professional attitude to ensure a positive experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with their payment transactions.

Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments accurately.

Issue receipts & change

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.

Monitor and manage cash register balances at the start and end of shifts.

Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns professionally.

Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient club operations.

Keep track of daily sales and prepare reports as needed.

Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent theft or fraud.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar customer service role.

Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.

Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.

Friendly, professional demeanor, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
