The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about club events, promotions, and reservations.
  • Coordinate with security and management regarding guest lists and VIP reservations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area.
  • Handle cash transactions or entrance fees (if applicable).
  • Record attendance and assist in guest registration logs.
  • Provide assistance to guests in case of lost items or other concerns.
  • Perform other administrative and front desk duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • With experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or similar role (experience in clubs, bars, or hospitality industry is an advantage).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
  • Willing to work on night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
