The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about club events, promotions, and reservations.
- Coordinate with security and management regarding guest lists and VIP reservations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area.
- Handle cash transactions or entrance fees (if applicable).
- Record attendance and assist in guest registration logs.
- Provide assistance to guests in case of lost items or other concerns.
- Perform other administrative and front desk duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate or College level.
- With experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or similar role (experience in clubs, bars, or hospitality industry is an advantage).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Willing to work on night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
