Personal Secretary

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
- Previous experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Experience in handling confidential information and working in a corporate or executive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools, virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet), and document management systems.
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge (optional but beneficial)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
