The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced nightlife environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about club events, promotions, and reservations.
Coordinate with security and management regarding guest lists and VIP reservations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area.
Handle cash transactions or entrance fees (if applicable).
Record attendance and assist in guest registration logs.
Provide assistance to guests in case of lost items or other concerns.
Perform other administrative and front desk duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
At least Senior High School graduate or College level.
With experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or similar role (experience in clubs, bars, or hospitality industry is an advantage).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
Willing to work on night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
