About the role

As the Golf Club Manager at Partee Golf Club Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our prestigious golf club in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will require you to oversee all aspects of club management, including member relations, event coordination, course maintenance, and financial oversight. Your dynamic leadership and passion for the sport will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional golfing experience for our valued members.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the golf club, ensuring seamless service delivery and member satisfaction
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, member retention, and continuous improvement
  3. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the golf course, clubhouse, and other facilities to the highest standards
  4. Manage and mentor a team of golf professionals, grounds crew, and administrative staff
  5. Cultivate strong relationships with members, stakeholders, and the local golfing community
  6. Coordinate and host golf events, tournaments, and other member activities
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  8. Oversee the club's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in golf club management or a related senior-level position in the sport and recreation industry
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing golf course operations, maintenance, and member programs
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders
  5. Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  6. Thorough understanding of golf course maintenance, agronomy, and industry regulations
  7. Passion for the game of golf and a commitment to providing an exceptional member experience
