Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Davao. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, providing financial solutions, and closing sales deals. Additionally, the role involves maintaining sales records, meeting sales targets, and participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct and participate in Training sessions
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the financial services or investment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
