Job Title: Accounting Staff – Accounts Payable

Location: South Caloocan City

Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff – Accounts Payable is responsible for handling, verifying, and processing company payables to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. This position supports the accounting department in maintaining organized records, preparing reports, and coordinating with suppliers. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
  • Verify billing statements, purchase orders, and receipts for accuracy.
  • Prepare check vouchers and online payments based on company schedule.
  • Maintain updated and organized files of accounts payable transactions.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing month-end reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding billing or payment inquiries.
  • Support accounting operations and other related administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on-site at South Caloocan City.
  • Can start immediately.
