
HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment efforts
- Support onboarding processes and prepare new hire paperwork
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Help organize training and development sessions
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, bonus, leaves)
- Prepare HR-related reports as requested
- Support the administration of performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Generalist, HR Administrator, or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Knowledge of all facets in HR functions and procedures
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS or HR software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
