Our client in the food industry is looking for an HR Head to lead and manage all facets of human resources. This is a hands-on role that reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in shaping day-to-day operations and people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and compliance
  • Partner with leadership to align HR practices with business goals
  • Maintain and improve HR systems, policies, and processes

Qualifications:

  • Solid foundation in HR generalist work
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Confident communicator with leadership presence

Additional Notes:

  • Open to candidates based outside Metro Manila who demonstrate strong potential
  • A monthly relocation allowance is included in the basic pay to support transition and setup
