We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role requires hands-on knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employee relations, and HR operations, with the flexibility to work during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in HR processes such as compliance, payroll coordination, onboarding, and employee engagement, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Compliance & Labor Law
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
- Provide HR support to management on compliance-related matters.
- Keep updated with changes in labor legislation and communicate updates to employees and leadership.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Facilitate employee onboarding and government enrollments (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, renewals, and HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and engagement programs.
- Help promote a positive workplace environment.
Payroll & Benefits Coordination
- Verify attendance, timekeeping, and leave records for accurate payroll processing.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance to ensure proper application of benefits and deductions.
- Assist in administering government-mandated and company-provided benefits.
HR Administration & Support
- Prepare HR-related reports and compliance documents.
- Assist in HR projects such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and audits.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to enhance HR processes and workflows.
- At least 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a BPO or fast-paced corporate setting.
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and government reporting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Willing to work night shifts onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig.
- Experience using HR tools for payroll and benefits management.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles related to compensation and benefits.
- Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
This role requires onsite presence at our office in Ortigas Center, Pasig.
