Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to HR, payroll, and benefits.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, posting, interviewing, and job offers.
  • Conduct new hire orientation and prepare termination paperwork.
  • Process payroll and manage open enrolment for benefits.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (EEOC, FEHC, EDD, Workers' Comp).
  • Respond to unemployment claims and employment verifications.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist with union reporting and communication.
  • Update policies and employee handbook as needed.
  • Prepare government reports (e.g., 1095-C, 1094-C, EEO, AAP).
  • Support employee engagement activities (e.g., spirit weeks, holiday parties).
  • Handle workers' compensation claims and final pay check processing.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and stay updated on HR laws and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of HR generalist experience or equivalent education/work experience.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and payroll processing (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Pay: Php80, Php90,000.00 per month
