Employee Relation Staff

- Assist in handling employee complaints, grievances, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support investigations related to misconduct, policy violations, or workplace conflicts under guidance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases and disciplinary actions.
- Help coordinate disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination processes.
- Support communication of company policies, procedures, and code of conduct to employees.
- Monitor workplace climate and escalate issues that may impact morale or legal compliance.
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyzing trends in turnover and feedback.
- Help organize and participate in employee engagement and retention activities.
- Ensure all actions comply with local labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 6 months of related experience in employee relations.
- Knowledgeable in terms of Labor laws and employment standards
- With strong interpersonal and communication skills
- With basic understanding of employee relations processes.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
