Overview: Amazon Employee Relations BPO Account

Account Type: Internal / HR Support

Customer: Amazon employees (not buyers)

Main Goal: Help Amazon employees resolve HR-related concerns (attendance, benefits, payroll, policies, etc.)

Typical Responsibilities

  • Answer HR inquiries via call, chat, or email.
  • Handle concerns about:
  • Attendance or time-off requests
  • Payroll and payslip issues
  • Leave of absence / Return-to-work
  • Policy clarification
  • Employee complaints or investigations
  • Escalate sensitive cases to internal HR or higher-level teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Start Date: October 21 & 28

Site Location: Cubao, Cyberpark Quezon City

  • Strictly having 1 year BPO exp.
  • K12 Graduate/ Completed at least 2nd year college level
  • 2 year vocational graduate / 2 year Associate graduate
