As a Employee Relations Officer, you'll be responsible of the following:

Employee Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and policy-related inquiries.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Guide managers on handling sensitive employee issues and maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Track and analyze employee relations trends to support continuous improvement in workplace culture.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager and team to implement strategies that strengthen employee engagement, improve retention, and boost overall satisfaction.
  • Promote wellness and recognition initiatives to support employee well-being and boost morale.

General HR Support

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of documentation related to employee relations and training.
  • Support in compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align people strategies with business needs.
  • Assist in special HR projects and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
