About the Job:

We're looking for an Accounting Staff who will focus on Accounts Payable. This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the accounting field. You'll be handling payment processing, invoice verification, and vendor coordination to help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record supplier invoices and payments accurately.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
  • Prepare check vouchers and ensure timely release of payments.
  • Monitor outstanding payables and maintain updated records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for billing concerns.
  • Assist in monthly account reconciliations and reporting.
  • Support the accounting team with other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge in using accounting systems or MS Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
