The Employee Relations Officer is responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures, and promoting effective communication between employees and management. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in employee relations, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and active listening skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough and impartial investigations.
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php10, Php12,000.00 per month
