Location: 1880 Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night shift
Your Role:
As Business Development, you will:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and competitive positioning within the BPO sector.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets in outsourcing services.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to create customized outsourcing solutions aligned with client needs and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to prospective clients and senior leadership.
- Lead contract negotiations and successfully close new business deals that support profitability and strategic growth.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to increase brand visibility and expand professional networks.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and market insights to inform strategy and improve business development outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry developments, new technologies, and market demands relevant to BPO services.
Non-negotiables:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the BPO industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement effective sales plans specific to outsourcing services.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business opportunities.
Preferred skills/experience:
- Hands-on experience in client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and customized outsourcing solutions in a BPO environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market data and optimize business strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.
