Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across targeted market
  • Prepare business proposals, pitch presentations, pricing strategies and negotiate deals to close new contracts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
  • Set and achieve sales and revenue targets by executing effective business development plans and tracking personal KPIs
  • Plan and execute effective lead generations strategies using platforms like Linkedin,

    , and AI assisted prospecting tools
  • Manage sales pipeline through CRM platforms from prospecting to deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal team (operations, production, finance, etc) to align sales strategies and optimize service offerings
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a service-oriented or a solutions company or relevant industry
  • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills with hands-on experience using modern lead generation tools and CRMs.
  • Proficient in using modern lead generations platform (Linkedin, Apollo,io etc) and AI-supported prospecting and analysis tools
  • CRM management experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with a consultative, value-driven selling approach
  • Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead business pitches, collaborate with internal teams (operations, production, finance) and manage projects from prospecting to contract closure
  • Familiarity and existing network with the following industries is an advantage
