About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Officer to join our team in Lipa City Batangas. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of our organization, playing a crucial part in supporting our growing business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage all HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including payroll, leave management, and insurance
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and general office duties
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of office systems and processes
- Liaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors and service providers, to ensure the smooth running of the office
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably in a logistics or related industry
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and relevant employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
- Proficient in using HR and office management software, such as HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office suite
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
