About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Officer to join our team in Lipa City Batangas. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of our organization, playing a crucial part in supporting our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  2. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  4. Coordinate and administer employee benefits, including payroll, leave management, and insurance
  5. Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and general office duties
  6. Contribute to the development and maintenance of office systems and processes
  7. Liaise with external stakeholders, such as vendors and service providers, to ensure the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar HR and administrative role, preferably in a logistics or related industry
  2. Strong understanding of HR best practices and relevant employment laws and regulations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
  4. Proficient in using HR and office management software, such as HRIS, payroll systems, and MS Office suite
  5. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  6. Proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
