Job Title: Executive Assistant / Marketing Content Manager

About the Role

Next Staffing Group is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated professional to fill a critical role that spans executive support, sales administration, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with exceptional organizational and communication skills, a strategic marketing mindset, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for streamlining executive workflow and driving the brand's digital presence and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

A. Executive & Sales Support (Executive Assistant Functions)

  • Executive Calendar & Communication: Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating all internal and external meetings across different time zones.
  • Prospect Meeting Coordination: Proactively schedule and coordinate meetings with new sales prospects and existing clients, including preparing all necessary materials, agendas, and meeting summaries.
  • CRM & Contact Management: Oversee and maintain the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all sales contacts, prospect data, and meeting outcomes are accurately logged, organized, and followed up on.
  • Administrative Excellence: Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle administrative tasks such as file management, vendor communication, and light expense tracking.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate and book domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries (when necessary).
  • Information Hub: Act as the central point of contact, screening calls and emails, and disseminating information efficiently between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

B. Content & Digital Marketing (Content Manager Functions)

  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Own the end-to-end social media process, including developing a strategic content calendar, creating compelling posts, and managing organic posting across all key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Paid Social Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets and tracking key metrics (impressions, engagement, cost-per-lead).
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread high-quality marketing content for the company blog, website landing pages, email newsletters, and sales collateral, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging.
  • SEO & Optimization: Apply Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to all digital content to improve organic visibility, traffic, and lead quality.
  • Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all content and social media initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategy.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the executive and sales team members to develop content that directly supports the sales process (e.g., case studies, product sheets, industry insights).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience combining executive support/admin and digital marketing/content management roles.
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional skills in calendar management, project management, and attention to detail.
  • Digital Proficiency: Expertise in social media platforms (organic and paid), Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress), and a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Writing & Editing: Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive, engaging, and error-free professional and marketing copy.
  • Proactivity & Problem-Solving: Proven ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and independently solve complex problems with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Shift schedule: Ability to work during US business hours (Eastern Standard Time)
  • Remote work productivity tool: Willingness and agreement to use Time Doctor or similar time-tracking/productivity software.
