About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager with proven experience in logistics, courier, or related industries. The role is responsible for achieving nationwide sales objectives, leading area managers, and strengthening client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cascade business plans, growth strategies, and sales objectives from top management to the Marketing & Sales Team and Area Managers.
  • Achieve nationwide sales targets by guiding and monitoring team members and Area Managers in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
  • Track sales activities and reports to ensure execution of nationwide and regional marketing/sales promotions.
  • Plan and implement activities that drive business expansion and meet revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with government institutions, private companies, and MSMEs across different regions.
  • Identify sales gaps, propose strategies, and recommend improvements to management.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide direction to Area Managers.
  • Ensure the effective execution, monitoring, and feedback of all sales strategies and promotional programs.
  • Review and endorse sales promo proposals from Area and Branch Managers.
  • Provide management with feedback on regional issues and recommend resolutions.
  • Implement directives from top management.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year business-related course (MBA is an advantage).
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics/courier industry as Sales Supervisor/Manager or Account Supervisor/Manager.
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Excellent monitoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
