Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and through prospecting.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Demonstrate willingness to travel for official business trips to meet with existing clients and identify potential new clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Sales in Information Technology (IT)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling approaches.
