Your Role as an Appointment Setter
You will support the sales team by identifying leads, initiating outreach, and setting qualified appointments with decision-makers from large enterprises.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Identify and research target accounts with ₱500M+ annual revenue
- Contact Sales Directors, CFOs, and Operations Heads using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects by asking consultative questions about their sales challenges
- Book high-value appointments for our Account Executives
- Track outreach activity and conversion metrics in the CRM
- Share insights with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve campaigns
What We're Looking For
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years in B2B appointment setting or lead generation
- Experience communicating with C-level executives or department heads
- Proven track record of booking at least 10 qualified meetings per month
- Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
Tools and Tech:
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
- Comfortable doing research and using data to personalize outreach

- Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Resilient and consistent in outreach activity

: ₱30,000 to ₱40,000 per month - Commission
