Your Role as an Appointment Setter

You will support the sales team by identifying leads, initiating outreach, and setting qualified appointments with decision-makers from large enterprises.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research target accounts with ₱500M+ annual revenue
  • Contact Sales Directors, CFOs, and Operations Heads using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects by asking consultative questions about their sales challenges
  • Book high-value appointments for our Account Executives
  • Track outreach activity and conversion metrics in the CRM
  • Share insights with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve campaigns

What We're Looking For

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years in B2B appointment setting or lead generation
  • Experience communicating with C-level executives or department heads
  • Proven track record of booking at least 10 qualified meetings per month
  • Strong cold calling and email outreach skills

Tools and Tech:

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Comfortable doing research and using data to personalize outreach

Compensation and Benefits
