JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or its equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of Business Process Management or Analysis experience is required
  • With exposure in a retail set-up is an advantage
  • Six Sigma Certification is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Power Point and Visio
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Defines and applies a structured process management approach and methodology to build and monitor the Company's processes and procedures to build efficiency and productivity of employees.
  • Defines functional specifications, coordinates new or improved information and workflow systems.
  • Documents and communicates approved system changes and provides necessary training to affected business units, as directed by the Business Process Manager.
  • Monitors implementation of procedures and ensures compliance of users.
  • Resolves and provides functional solutions on concerns/issues of users and elevates when necessary.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
