Salesforce Business Analyst / CRM Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Hybrid (1–3 days onsite) | Night Shift (10PM–7AM) | ₱100,000/month | 1-year contract (extendable)

Job Description:

  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams on Salesforce projects
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Support Salesforce configuration and customization to align with business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user support as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, and customization options
  • Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Willing to work on a night shift (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
