I. About the Role

WalterMart Supermarket, Inc. is seeking a talented and analytical Business Analyst (Officer) to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. The Business Analyst leads the start-up and end-to-end implementation of CRM for our organization. He/She would be responsible in designing the CRM structure, aligning it with business processes, and ensuring a successful deployment. He/She serves as the project lead, coordinating with stakeholders across departments to configure, launch, and drive adoption of the CRM system.

II. What You'll Be Doing

CRM Strategy & Optimization:

  • Design and implement CRM strategies that support business goals and user adoption
  • Work with key stakeholders across business units to understand clearly the business needs, customer insights, competitive landscape and ensure business processes are aligned within CRM
  • Customize CRM modules, layouts, workflows, and automation
  • Evaluate current CRM processes, tools, and workflows to identify inefficiencies or gaps
  • Recommend enhancements to improve user experience, automation, and effectiveness of CRM operations

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Create dashboards and reports for various stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Analyze CRM data to uncover insights and drive process improvements
  • Maintain and create documentation of CRM processes, reports and data definitions

Training & Support:

  • Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure high adoption and system usage
  • Serve as the internal CRM subject matter expert

III. What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with CRM; Knowledgeable in Zoho CRM or similar platform
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, process automation, and data governance
  • Proficient in CRM customization, workflow automation, and reporting
  • Experience in the retail or supermarket industry is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations
