Position Summary

We are looking for Accountancy graduates who are interested in building a career in Information Technology as Business Analysts.

The IT Business Analyst serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into effective system solutions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to create and understand system logic, particularly within SAP or other ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    liaison between stakeholders and IT developers
    , translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs
    , identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop and understand system logic
    and workflows, especially in
    SAP
    or similar ERP environments.
  • Conduct
    requirements gathering
    , documentation, and system testing to support new implementations and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with
    Finance and Operations teams
    to align system functionalities with accounting and business processes.
  • Prepare and maintain
    data quality reports
    , ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Apply
    critical thinking
    and
    problem-solving
    skills to assess business issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Support continuous process improvement and system optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related fields (open to newly graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience).
  • SAP experience or familiarity with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to learn IT systems, data flow, and business logic modeling.
