Role Description

This is a contract role for a Business Process Analyst, located on-site in Quezon City. The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, identifying areas for enhancement, and developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency. Additional tasks include gathering and interpreting data, creating detailed reports, and coordinating with various departments to implement process improvements.

  • Proficiency in evaluating and documenting business processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with process mapping tools and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
