Overall Description:

Business Analyst is the link between the end user and developers. Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall operation strategies.

­­­­­­­­Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze data of in-place procedures to find ways to improve operations.

· Evaluate operations procedures and processes.

· Develops problem solutions by describing requirements in a work-flowchart and diagram; Recommend strategies and solutions.

· Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

· Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external departments or companies.

· Working closely with Provider's Business Analyst and Technical Staff.

· Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

· Performing user acceptance testing.

· Serves as a liaison between developers and users.

· Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and redesign.

· Prepares operations team to use system by conducting training.

· Provides reference for operation team by writing documentation; providing support and help.

· Prepares mockup or system prototype for development team and users.

· Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's/College Degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BS IT) or any related course.

· At least 1 year work experience in the related field.

· Experienced in Project management tools such as Jira.

· Experienced in Scrum or Agile Practices is an advantage.

· Experienced in SQL Databases, Visual Studio and Adobe XD.

· Effective in verbal and written communication skills.

· Can work on night shift and/or shifting, rotational schedule and/or during holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
