Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst who will play a key role in reviewing, designing, and improving business workflows to boost efficiency, productivity, and overall customer satisfaction. The position works closely with different teams to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate current business processes to spot inefficiencies and areas needing enhancement.
  • Develop process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to clearly represent workflows.
  • Recommend and implement process improvement strategies to streamline operations.
  • Identify redundancies, reduce costs, and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess process performance.
  • Use KPIs and metrics to measure outcomes of implemented changes.
  • Partner with stakeholders and department heads to understand business objectives.
  • Organize workshops and meetings to gather feedback and gain alignment on process changes.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of workflows and improvements.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to management.
  • Support change management activities to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on updated tools and procedures.
  • Monitor changes after implementation to ensure sustainability.
  • Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge or background in process analysis and improvement.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping software (Visio, Lucidchart) and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
