About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Process Specialist to join the Insular Oil Corporation' team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Business Process Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the company's operational efficiency and driving strategic business initiatives. This is a full-time position that will allow you to leverage your analytical skills and expertise to make a tangible impact on the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyze and document existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and map out end-to-end business workflows
  • Develop and implement process automation solutions to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
  • Create detailed process documentation, policies, and training materials to ensure consistency and enable seamless process adoption
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes, and continuously optimize processes based on feedback and performance metrics

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies
  • Proficient in business process modelling and mapping using tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, is highly desirable
  • Effective project management skills to coordinate and deliver process improvement initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
