As a Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational efficiency by analyzing and optimizing current business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct process modeling, and implement improvements. Your expertise in evaluating data and metrics will contribute to informed decision-making, ultimately driving successful process enhancements.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

  • Analyze and assess current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Conduct process modeling and mapping to visualize workflows and identify bottlenecks.
  • Evaluate data and metrics to uncover insights and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to improve operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop business cases for proposed process improvements, outlining potential benefits.
  • Work with teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes and monitor effectiveness.

YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of managing process changes, partial or full ERP implementations, information systems, or a combination of these experiences with a focus on 1-2 priorities. Fresh grads with internship experience are welcome to apply
  • Background in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other related frameworks.
