The Admin Head oversees company operations, administrative support, and financial processes, including AR/AP management, to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, office management, and support services.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR): billing, collections, reconciliation, and monitoring of outstanding balances.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP): invoice verification, payments processing, vendor accounts, and expense tracking.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Monitor cash flow, prepare reports, and coordinate with Finance for budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Manage contracts, vendor negotiations, and office supplies/resources.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, tax requirements, and internal company policies.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative and accounting staff.
- Provide support to management in strategic and operational planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in administration with background in AR/AP or accounting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
