Job Description
We are looking for a vibrant and detail-oriented Clinic Admin Receptionist to join our team. This position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring smooth daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative tasks including permit applications, purchase orders, staff schedules, and memos
• Monitor clinic supplies, machines, and repairs; coordinate with suppliers as needed
• Maintain sales accountability, including audit, deposits, encoding, and cash receipts reporting
• Act as petty cash custodian and ensure proper documentation
• Manage timekeeping for payroll and oversee employee leave/overtime coordination
• Provide outstanding front desk and customer service support
• Promote clinic services and engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure smooth communication between clinic staff and head office
Qualifications:
• College graduate (any course)
• Experience in an aesthetic or wellness clinic is highly preferred
• Admin and marketing experience is a strong advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, disciplined, and able to multitask
• Sociable and professional in appearance and manner
• Must be willing to work long hours and on shifting schedules
• Passionate about beauty and skincare
• Preferably with a background in sales or customer service
